• CURED & SMOKED MEATS: air dried beef, prosciutto, salamis, pastrami, pancetta, smoked ham,  smoked turkey, smoked chicken, smoked duck, smoked pork neck and smoked beef
• SMOKED CHEESES: cheddar and gouda
• SMOKED SAUSAGES: chorizo, lamb/pumpkin/fetta, chicken & macadamia, chicken & prosciutto, pepperoni, pork & apple, cabanossi, csabai, kransky and hot chilli pork sausage
