Visit Lovedale Smokehouse Gourmet Pantry for our cold smoked salmon, smoked rainbow trout, salmon gravlax, smoked trout pate, smoked mussels, smoked octopus, salmon pastrami, hot smoked salmon, bresaola, prosciutto, jamon, a huge range of salami, beef jerky, smoked kangaroo, smoked ham, smoked bacon, smoked speck, smoked chicken, smoked duck, smoked turkey, smoked cheddar, smoked gouda, smoked olives, smoked garlic, smoked tomatoes, smoked salts, duck pate, terrines and take home charcuterie platters.
Our produce is made on-site by Owner/Chef Ben Sales who is extremely passionate about smoked food. Ben works closely with our suppliers sourcing premium quality and wherever possible local ingredients and dedicates an extraordinary amount of time carefully curing and smoking our produce in small batches to ensure every product receives the attention it deserves. Every product is packaged by hand and cryovaced to prolong freshness and is ready for purchase so that you don't have to wait for it to be sliced. Our house made produce is available exclusively from our Hunter Valley store.
We also have a large range of deli items including local, Australian and International cheeses, caramelised and flavoured balsamic vinegars, smoked honey, chutneys, jams, dukkahs, dipping sauces, smokey bbq sauces, seasonings, verjuice, liquid smoke, chilli sauces, pickles, crackers, salad dressings, fruit pastes, tappenades, olives, olive oils and dessert sauces.
For the smoking enthusiast we stock meat rubs, marinades and wood chips.
Thermabags and ice are available to keep your purchases cool or you may leave your purchase with us whilst you discover the Hunter Valley and collect at the end of the day.
