A gift certificate to join us for a fun outdoor cooking class on our beautiful vineyard!

  • A variety of Chef-lead classes are available such as Thai Street Food, Low and Slow Smoked Brisket, Fresh Healthy Vietnamese, Low and Slow Smoked Pork Ribs and Authentic Mexican 
  • Classes are hosted by Majors Lane Cooking School and Lovedale Smokehouse’s Owner/Chef/Pitmaster Ben Sales. Ben, a level 4 qualified Chef has hosted our cooking classes since they commenced in 2007. Ben is extremely passionate about food and loves inspiring participants with his in-depth knowledge, skills and travel and food experiences. With over 20 years as a Head Chef in the Hunter Valley (including 12 years in our cafe) Ben knows all of the tricks of the trade and looks forward to sharing them with you. 
  • The gift certificate recipient can select their preferred class and date (subject to availability)
  • No experience is necessary, all equipment is supplied
  • Purchase a gift certificate online and you will receive your certificate via email immediately. These gift certificates can be redeemed online.
  • Gift certificates purchased over the phone will be emailed within 48 hours. Gift certificates purchased in-store or over the phone will need to be redeemed by calling us on (02) 49307832 as the online system will not accept manual voucher codes. 
  • Gift certificates purchased after 31 March 2018 have a 3 year expiration period due to a change in NSW legislation. Gift certificates purchased prior to that date have a 12 month expiration period. 
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash
  • Gift certification expiration dates are strict. We do not offer extensions. 
  • Bookings are accepted subject to our Bookings Terms & Conditions
  • To make a booking using a gift certificate whose certificate number has the prefix CS18- or CS19- please call us on (02) 49307832, as these are unable to be redeemed online.
