Majors Lane Corporate Cooking Classes are structured in a
way that ensures your specific objectives are met and can contain both
competitive and non-competitive components.
Classes are held in the courtyard of
Majors Lane Restaurant on our vineyard property in the heart of Hunter Valley
Wine Country.
Your cooking class includes:
- Majors Lane Restaurant's chef on hand to offer expertise and
facilitate the event - our Chef Ben Sales was recently listed in the Top 10 Chefs Turned Cooking Teachers by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide! Who better to learn a few cooking tips from than a Good Food Guide featured Chef!
- All ingredients and equipment
- Lunch - enjoy your creations in our stunning courtyard
- Majors Lane Cooking School souvenir apron for all
participants
- One glass of wine/beer (with lunch) or two soft drinks plus tea and
plunger coffee
- Classes are generally 3-4 hours in duration but can be
modified to suit your needs
- Clean up provided by our team
$105 per person
Optional Extras:
- Souvenir apron with your own company logo $14pp
- Further drinks may be purchased on the day
