Located at Majors Lane Restaurant our smokehouse was initially built to supply premium quality smoked goods for
our restaurant however due to the enormous demand from our customers for "take home" smoked goods we
increased our production and opened a "Gourmet Pantry" at the restaurant which now carries our full range of
smoked goods and hand made produce.
Our raw produce is sourced from some of Australia's finest graziers and fishing regions and then cured and
smoked by the dedicated team of chefs from Majors Lane Restaurant and packaged for your convenience. All
goods are smoked on-site using grapevine clippings from the vineyard on which we are located.
Our product range is always evolving and includes:
- Smoked trout & smoked trout pate
- Smoked and air dried beef
- Smoked sausages; Chorizo. Pepperoni. HV beef, cheese. Chicken and macadamia.
- Prosciutto, salami, Italian ham
- Smoked bacon rashers, bacon pieces and speck
- Terrines including chicken & pistachio, rabbit
- Various pates including chicken and pistachio, duck and orange
- Smoked tomato and olive tappenade made from estate grown olives
We also make candied balsamic vinegar, preserved lemons, pickled vegetables, dukkah nut spice, Illawarra plum
and sweet chili sauce and a variety of jams and chutneys. The Gourmet Pantry also stocks products from other
local producers. All produce is subject to seasonal availability.
