itself. Having grown up in the Hunter Valley, Ben is privy to all the secrets that time spent affords. Whether it's local
poultry, fresh seafood from Port Stephens, market fresh vegetables, wines made from grapes grown on the property
or smoked meats from our own smokehouse you can rest assured that Ben has hand selected the very best the
Hunter Valley has to offer.
